Necole pursues emerging business opportunities and maintains existing business relationships. She implements a variety of programs contributing to team building, learning and development, and event coordination to achieve 99thstate’s goals.

Most recently, Necole spent six years as the Business Development Director of Safety and Security Instruction, Inc., a leading security consultancy, training, and learning management company. She is responsible for market strategies and research, planning, and coordination of proposal processes.

Necole earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a Thematic Minor in Communication, Culture and Society from the University of The University of Arizona.
